Loved it.This holiday villa was amazing.Especially at night when the pool lights come on enclosed by the palm trees capturing the green light from the pool.. Nice

Beach court villas was very accomodating of our family. We requested a room after hours due to our flight being cancelled and the staff were nothing but helpful! The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfy! Thankyou for a great spontaneous night we appreciate the great service

Beach Court Holiday Villas
Stayed here a few days with the family (Mum, Dad, 2 kids and a baby). Our apartment was fantastic, aircon and fans in every room. Large living space, plus dinning and kitchen. Kettle was on the way out, but reception happily swapped theirs out for us and gave us a bottle of wine for our troubles! Pool is nice and central, shallow end/deep end. Only a few minutes into town or to grocery stores. Would happily stay again.

Cleanliness was average. Floor was dirty.The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately only one air con for the 3 bedroom unit. Beds were comfortable. Apartment and furnishings are dated. Laundry has black mould.It is a little bit further from marinas, but most tour operators collect. Still close enough to walk to shops.Our biggest disappointment was not being able to utilise the patios or have our windows open, due to the caretaker smoking on patio of unit below and was unwilling to accommodate.

the bed was comfortablethe floors were dirty and gross they looked clean but when you stood on the floors there was dirt and sand on your feet. the dishes weren’t clean they were dirty the microwave and oven doors were gross. the table was peeled a nice table cloth would help. service was good

Only one air-condition in the main area. No aircons in the rooms!Dirty and needs a good clean. Can't recommend it. Melted cheese in oven, old and broken utensils, couch hasn't seen a vacuum in probably decades.Lovely lady at the reception though. She tried her best to be helpful. The flat itself was nice and spacious. The view of the courtyard is beautiful and the balcony was huge. Sadly they just don't put the effort in to make this place just as nice inside as it looks outside.

The villas are exceptionally large, beds comfortable. Sofas a bit soft for us. Only negative was my feet were filthy after 2 hours of having them bare. Also brochure says villa will be serviced after 8 days but this hasn't happened.

Worst property, All full of dust, Not at all cleaned, no hygiene maintained. We checked in late in Vila 14, all utensils were not washed and were dirty. Microwave was full of dirt inside out, reported this to reception next day and was not given any satisfactory answer. Dishwasher not working. Actually waste of money and not at all value for money. lot of good hygienic properties in Arlie. Am attaching pics of everything. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
