Thanks for checking over my car yesterday!Went to this mechanic because I was nervous I'd done some damage to the bottom of the car- it was a precautionary trip because I could hear a sound under the car- the mechanics checked it over within ten minutes of me arriving (without an appointment, just rocked up) and found a rock stuck under the front of the bottom of the car which they removed- saved me from stressing all my way back to Melbourne or otherwise waiting hours for the RACV. And didn't charge me anything. Thank you so much!

Went in for brake service and full saftey check. We knew that there was something wrong with the brakes as the car violently shuddered when braking. They told us it was the wheel but after replacement still the same problem. Shortly after took car for a 3k road trip where the brakes begin to grind and still violently shuddered when braking. Got home and changed front rotors and pads myself. The outside pads looked fine the inside pads were cactus and so was inside of rotor. That tells me they didn't even bother to check the inside pad and rotor. Problem now fixed but their service wasn't cheap for disregarding the actual problem. Will never let them work on our family car again. Will just wait the 3 weeks to get into Howe auto. Can't see how any self respecting mechanic could not check brakes properly when the customer is sure that's the problem.
