Our family has been going to this practice since they opened and can't recommend enough. They've provide the best care and guidance to me, my wife and young family during times of illness. Thank you Dr Jal, Dr Mahliyo, Dr Yulia and reception team for your help over the years.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. I received such great service from both the doctors consulting rooms and the pathology department. I saw Dr Jal Khasanov. Such a friendly, professional practitioner. Probably the best I’ve ever experienced.

Great practice with old fashioned friendly service. Both Dr Jalal and Mahliyo Khasanov are very good doctors who care about their patients. Even though they are a bulk billing practice they still have time for their patients. They have great experience domestically and internationally. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The family practice is a perfect place for a high-quality consultation. Dr Jalal and Dr Mahlio are superb professionals. Very attentive, able to assist with any small or big issue. Very friendly and 5-star experience. And it is BULK BILLING! Which is amazing.

We live pretty far from this practice although we with wife found Dr Jalal and Dr Mahliyo are very professional, caring and attentive. All workers of this practice provide a great service. Always a pleasure to visit this place.

We have been attending Shelley Hub Family Practice for two years now, and can say it is an amazing clinic. The facilities are very well presented , with very warm helpful front end staff .All the doctors we have came across are kind and have a great attitude to resolving health problems. A special shout out to Dr.John Foenander who has recently joined the team. He has been regularly helping us with our 17 months old health issues , and we could not be happier. He does a very good job at explaining cause, effect and solutions.

Made a booking 1 week prior.Asked to be early 9:45am ✅On the day waited 45 minutes only told I was second in the queue.I had another engagement at 11 o’clock so unfortunately had to leave very very disappointed. No human contact. What’s the weather after the event?I will not be returning that ever again.
