My wife and I are so grateful to Tooti, Shayna, Chelsea and all of the ETAT team for planning what really was our dream wedding. Not only were we entirely confident in their expertise and professionalism, and thrilled with the results, we loved dealing with them in the lead-up and on the day due to their 'can do' attitude and sense of fun and humour. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

Could not recommend Tooti, Shayna and the Events to a T team more highly. The team came recommended to me from a beautiful colleague of mine whose wedding was to die for.Tooti and the team provided their beautiful event planning & design services for our wedding of 250 PAX at Sergeants Mess, Mosman. We had already engaged our florist prior to engaging Events to a T. Tooti and the team worked with our florist as if they'd known each other for years - seamless and gorgeous delivery.Tooti's amazing taste, vision, versatility, attention to detail, knowledge and industry connections are truly invaluable. The team at Events to a T are absolute superstars! From the moment my husband and I got engaged, and engaged them, to the day we tied the knot, they were available for chats, meetings, inspiration and planning sessions. The planning process was a lot of fun and on the day it was everything and more. Not only execute everything to perfection, the team are extremely creative and offer incredible solutions to suit your budget and desires. Three days before our wedding the furniture hire place we had hired all of our seating from for the wedding went up in flames in a fire and Tooti called us calmly (while I was at my final dress fitting), with a solution and an action plan to sort the whole thing out. We counted our blessings that we had a wedding planner and didn't have to deal with that stress ourselves. After the wedding, everyone told us how amazing it was and how incredibly smoothly it ran. Everything was beautifully executed (dare I say, to a T) with such care and detail and was even more special than we imagined. Couldn't recommend them more. We love them and want to do it all again! xx

Events to a T never let us down. We have used Tooti and Shayna and the team for small family occasions and larger fundraising events and everything in between. Always professional, stress free and done with a smile. Love these girls they are the best! Plus they have the best contacts in Sydney - whatever you want they have the best person on hand to provide it.

They were so professional, creative, consistent and caring at every meeting and phone call.My wedding was more than I could have ever dreamed of thanks to their hard work. Tooti and Shayna are seriously incredible!They coordinated 2 of my boys Bar mitzvahs and helped me host 2 magnificent events.Both events were completely different and Tooti and Shayna were spot on with all the details, that my boys had wanted for their parties.Nothing was ever too hard for Tooti and Shayna and they were constantly working around the clock and going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect (which it was) for each event. They are both incredibly warm, friendly and easy to deal with and are highly respectful and conscious of the budgets they are asked to work with.Tooti and Shayna kept my stress levels to a minimum and I felt my events were in the safest of hands, in making sure that everything would run smoothly.I couldn’t have asked for 2 more hard working and talented woman to coordinate my events. After the excitement of our engagement had subsided we had to approach the enormous task of planning our wedding. The job of organising a wedding seemed immense and incredibly stressful and we were completely out of our depth. All of these fears were alleviated the moment we met with Tooti, Shayna and the Events To a T team! They assured us that our “dream” wedding was achievable and worked through our budget to make sure our expectations were realised on the day. Every bit of detail about the wedding was accounted for and we could contact Tooti and Shayna about anything at any time of the day (and night!) The Events To A T team not only delivered on our expectations but far exceeded them. They were able to understand our vision for what we wanted on our wedding day and bring our ideas to life. We loved working with the Events To A T team and highly recommend them.

I have worked with Events to a T for 3 years, producing at least 6 events in this time including 2 x 1200 person Gala Fundraising Dinners as well as several more intimate events. Lead by Tooti, her incredible team follow her example. They are an Incredibly professional, efficient and creative team who make organizing events seamless and stress free. I couldn't imagine putting on a large event without Event To A T!
