Lovely place, unfortunately didn't have stock that I was after, but I'm sure I'll be back.

I had the pleasure of Nina assisting me today, where she was more than helpful getting me everything I needed! I was in love with the bed display so she made sure I had everything that matched, even went out of her way to search things for me in the system. After running around for me like it was no trouble, I was more than happy with her service. Couldn’t recommend it more, Thank you Nina for an amazing guest experience!!

Incorrect goods sentfrom since January 2022.Was informed by store managers no contact could be made to their customer service support team due to technical issues, upon ending this phone call i contacted customer service and was answered with no delay - i felt the store was being dishonest and lazy..Fourth point of contact made today in store with no result and barely an apology.Mangers were lovely over the phone in understanding mistakes made by their logistics team however have the expectation of their customers to follow up tracking dates and orders as they dont know the processes.No effort was made to better the situation...A bit of honesty and a follow up on a delivery date would have been nice.

Excellent customer service, Retail assistant Karina helped me with all my queries and made every effort to find out info for me on deliveries.

Placed an order for a flip out sofa order in store with Nicole as they didn't have the two styles I liked in store. I gave her my licence so she could get the details for the delivery from that. I got a notification to say the order was coming today but then when I checked it again it said it was returned to sender as the address was wrong on the item. Very frustrating that the address was put down incorrectly when I gave her my licence.Spoke to Ellen on live chat who arranged for it to be resent once they get it back, I appreciate her help but it's frustrating having to wait for it even longer now.

I dealt with Sheree today and she was FANTASTIC. I was extremely indecisive about what I wanted but she spent a lot of time with me and gave me plenty of options. Although I can imagine I was an extremely annoying customer, she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Thank you Sheree for your phenomenal customer service!

Adairs @ Homemaker Centre Penrith was a great shopping experience for me.Was served by Tracey who was so friendly & helpful. Store also looks beautiful so I’ll definitely be going back.
