One of my favourite shops however I get annoyed that you have to search for a assistant. At times I've had to walk from one end of the place to the other to get help. They need a assist button at the end of each isle I think.

On several occasions now, I have checked stock availability online before going (petrol and time are expensive), only to find out the item I wanted was actually out of stock. Also, the price of timber here is sometimes 50% more than Rockhampton the south east Queensland. If they are paying that much for freight, someone needs replacing, and isn't there a timber mill in NQ/FNQ?

Love Bunnings. Went for a warranty without an invoice coz I lost it and they sort out everything with the most basic information I could give them and solve the issue in no time. The coffee was actually good BTW.

A Sunday morning was wasted at this store. I came In looking for outdoor blinds that were easy to install to help my elderly grandma. I was looking for someone to help me but no one was to be seen, so I chose myself and took them home to find out they were not suitable for the area we needed them. So I went back again an hour later to the return desk where a staff member said they would send someone down to help as I complained that there was no one before hand. 15 minutes went by and no one came down so I just got my refund and left. It was so frustrating because even though you could see staff members they turned a blind eye and looked as if they didn’t want to help. I will try another store in future but it won’t be Bunnings as I can’t afford to waste time. Customer service really lacks here.

This is known as the busiest Bunnings in Australia. It's a family. Most staff know each other as friends and many remember me and say hi. A great place to get everything you need.

Customer service disappointing. Ordered some part online drove in to collect and was not given all of the part half were missing. Called the store to be advised that I would need to come to the store to collect, asked if the part were available they had no idea. I would expect free delivery as it was their mistake but could not care less. Now waiting for a call back and we all know how this ends.Beware that when you place a order online at Bunnings they will not check what has been sent prior to telling you to pick it up.
