Due to Covid my wedding has been postponed 3 times. The customer service of Le Montage has always be very amazing and understandable even if we had a roller-coaster of emotions.I know organizing a wedding is already a stressful time, but with Covid was even more. My wife was definitely more emotional than me. During all this uncertain time the venues' staff guided us with the latest news they had. The Government did not have a road map.My partner and I cannot really understand some bridezillas complaining during this time. Patience is art and class.We have been in this Venue many times and never regrets.I will keep you updated.

It's unfortunate that this company stuffed around with alot of couples who had weddings planned during covid and not offer refunds. In some cases if you didn't re book on a date of their preference then you were given close to nothing back. Should we really be supporting such an organisation/service provider? I don't think anyone should

Navarra venues at Le Montage delivered an absolutely incredible experience for my wedding. They were very organised, communicated regularly in the lead up, kept us fully informed along the way, and made us feel like superstars on our special day. They did a great job coordinating the suppliers and gave us peace of mind. Cate was very professional and friendly and showed genuine care towards our big day! All service staff were friendly, efficient and sharp. Thank you Navarra team.

Had a close family members wedding on the weekend. It's a shame we have had a few weddings with Navarra group and they have been amazing. But the one we just had was the worst experience I've had at a wedding. We go to Navarra for there food and service and we did not get either of them at our wedding. The food was un eatable felt like we were at some cheap wedding venue and the service well there was none. Such a shame I'm writing this post as we have had excellent experience with these guys in the past but if your charging top dollar per head we expect the best.

Let's talk about Navarra and LuxeI spent over 13k in deposits with both companies before covid struck, the wedding was canceled. We informed Navarra in writing of the situation and gave them 10 months' notice. Navarra had plenty of time to rebook and give us a refund, they chose to keep the all money. The Company have no moral fiber or compassion, they are just money grabbers, I made many phone calls and I even pleaded that they take 10% for the phone calls and booking and canceling the wedding. They basically tell you it's in the contract and no refunds or even try to meet you somewhere in the middle. Navarra didn't do any work just booked a date in a calendar. If you think 13k is worth a bad review then take the money. I will never use them again. If they are good at their work then the refunds would take place less any work completed. Given I gave them 10 months notice they had ample time to rebook that date and give a refund. I would totally understand if I did that with 3 months left but not almost 1 year to the date to rebook, If you read any positive reviews ask yourself did that person actually have a wedding there. I would suggest there are a few employees and friends posting fake reviews. All I can say through my dealing with NAVARRA is they were terrible in dealing with me never wanted to discuss and work with me for a settlement and basically told me its all in the contract, they have no compassion that some people are in pain mentally and now money they saved up for the wedding. they have to rebuild their lives at what cost to NAVARRA, a booking date that is all. So I implore young people to reconsider even if money is no object than having a wedding through these unprofessional organization. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM. STEER CLEAR of COMPANIES WHO HAVE A CONTRACT THAT WORKS FOR THEM ONLY AS THEY WILL GO AFTER YOU FOR THE ENTIRE CONTRACT. SCAMMING 101

Recently I had my wedding at Oatlands House. Overall it was a beautiful wedding.Thanks to Georgina, Yianni and Raffaele who were lovely and did their best to ensure we got what we wanted for our big day. The food was amazing, staff were attentive and accommodating and provided great service. Wearing a mask during service would not have been comfortable but they did not let this effect their service at all. Thank you to all the staff and chefs that worked our wedding.During the reception we had an unexpected surprise visit from Filippo Navarra who congratulated me and my husband on our wedding and wished us all the best for our future. He was very lovely.There are a few things that should not be overlooked that the Navarra management team should look into and ensure they can prevent happening again to others.1- Like many I had to plan my wedding around COVID restrictions. So I completely understand that the team at the venue would be under pressure and it was tough time for all.But it was quite unbelievable what I had to go through to get through to my main coordinator looking after my wedding because they only worked certain days of the week and at times I had to wait days for a response. If another staff answered my call they were not able to help or answer even the simplest questions for my event. In the end I had to get a manager involved which really should not have been necessary. It came down to only one person knowing about the details of my wedding. You really need to ensure if you have certain coordinators working certain days of the week then you should have a system where all your client event info and details are entered so any coordinator can assist when the main coordinator is away.2- At the wedding rehearsal 4 days before the actual wedding I was informed that the garden area would be cleaned and cleared of the piles of leaves around the leaves and dirt built up in the fountain would be cleared out by the day of my wedding but this was not done. Th fountain was not working so it needed to be cleaned inside.3- The driver for our getaway car provided by one of our inclusions from Oatlands house arrived at 9.30pm and advised he was here and would be waiting for us. I said we were not leaving until 10.45pm which I put in our even sheet. He said he was told we were going at 10pm. Our wedding was to conclude at 11pm, why would we leave at 10pm. He went away but then came back at 10.45pm and said we would be charged if we did not hurry up and leave.At this point I did not care and asked him to either wait until we are ready or he can go. He ended up staying and advised we may be charged, I advised him to speak with the staff from the venue that booked the car.4- I paid for specific linen for the bridal table, cake table and gift table because I wanted a particular look. The linen was not added to the gift table. If I had not paid for this I could overlook this but as I paid for this it should have been done as requested. This was in the event sheet for my wedding but again because the main coordinator did not work that day of my wedding this was left for another to action and was overlooked and not done correctly.5- I asked for top tier of my cake to be set aside and my family will collect end of the night. As put in my event sheet. This was not done. I called on day of going to my honeymoon and was advised they can not find the top tier and will ask wait staff when they come in. I requested a call back weather they found it or not. I did not get a call back. I didn’t bother with contacting during my honeymoon. I emailed a couple of days later and got a response 3 days later. They had my cake.I received an apology and was offered 2 boxes of wine for the inconvenience and oversight. I was relived they had the cake but me and my husband do not drink wine so they gave my husband 2 cases of beer and 2 bottles of Moscato instead. But to be honest and I did mention this to the team directly that this doesn’t really help make up for what happened.Thank you for everything that was done right

Le Montage venue is a joke, the events coordinator is rude and condescending, a lot of trash/rubbish outside of the venue from guests inside (they shouldn't allow guests to leave the venue with alcohol/glassware only to create further litter/mess for council to clean up).Stay clear of this business

A ridiculous and unrealistic contract, which does not value their clients in times of need. They have completely dismissed all requests and ignored them. I would not recommend Navarra Venues to anyone, their customer service is atrocious and absolutely disgusting in the wedding business. You do not feel as a valued client or even important when planning your own wedding.I hope people think about this venue twice when booking and ignore the hype they present which realistically isn't even there.
