BNS REMOVALS

Magnificent! Quality folks and great value! Took delivery of our shipment this morning in Melbourne from Gympie Qld, at about a third of the price other firms quoted. Good natured, friendly people, Janet kept me up to date with phonecalls and emails.5 stars all the way, I've read the other reviews and can't believe the petty, entitled whingers leaving 1 star! Good people doing a tough and thankless job. Would recommend to anyone and will give them my business in the future.

Worst removalist company we have ever used, $800 worth of damaged goods not one apology or reimbursement. If you want your items thrown around between trucks and trashed defiantly used this company! Would never recommend you to anyone!What a load of rubbish, we called sent photos of every item that was broken like you asked!! No call back! Called cairns truck no call back! Still under your company name! None of the pictures were wrapped when they came off the truck, motorbike damaged, go kart damaged.

Excellent experience. Much cheaper than other removalists I had considered for my interstate move from Vic to Qld. Janet was very responsive to queries, had an appreciation of the overwhelming concerns with moving and was forthcoming with advice; this increased my confidence with packing preparations and the prospect of moving. I was relieved that they were happy to transport several pot plants for me. They were very efficient with their loading and unloading of the truck. All items arrived safely except for two items that went missing. However, Janet kept an eye out for them and managed to find and return them to us several months after the removal. I highly recommend BNS Removals.

We used BNS to move us from Wagga Wagga, Regional NSW to Cairns, FNQLD. A husband and wife team with many years experience of interstate removals.From the outset we found Janet to be helpful, accommodating and friendly. The service they offered was professional and efficient. Our household possessions and two valued motorbikes were  loaded and packed with care. Barry knew the business well and made easy work of ensuring our belongings arrived safely and on time. Loading and unloading was quick and efficient. The price was very fair and their were no added surprises. Great work. Happy to recommend.

Bit of a cowboy outfit. Turned up with a semi to move furniture that would fit in a 10ton truck. So couldn't deliver my grar to the storsge unit. Charged storage and delivery AGAIN when they could deliver.Workplace health and safety ignored with elderly owners and other workers wearing thongs.Would reccommend you know that the semi IS able to access drop off place.

BNS moved us up to FNQ some three years ago, we found that the service was reliable, friendly and on time. All progress was emailed/phoned and was not an issue to unpack with the specific directions of where stuff should go. We have now moved back to VIC and the first place I thought of was BNS. If you want a move that is easy and everything is upfront. I couldn/t recommend a better removalist.Iain P.S - You will never keep everyone happy:)

Would not recommend.Very unprofessional set up.Too old for furniture delivery.Rude Kiwi and grump, unfriendly husbandOrganization and delivery schedule poorDay before delivery told owner/driver could not unload due to health problems, wife did his share in the heat.Had to book backpackers plus my husband.Told they had stair lifter trolley or lifting gear, not true.Refused to take up refrigerator upstairs.

I have just had a delivery from BNS removals and found them from the time I booked the removal from regional victoria to mackay to have great service. Kept in touch on when delivery would come. Nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you once again. Wendy K
