Southern Classic Land Rover

Bought a Range Rover Evoque from which was a completely bespoke build. Sourced through Private Fleet , Hayley Ryu put us in touch with Southern Classic Land Rover who won the bid tender process. Bobby Milevski was very responsive as we asked many questions over the months between deposit, ordering, final payment and delivery to our home in Sydney. We absolutely needed this as we'd never purchased such a vehicle in our lives.They managed to beat competing quotes by about 5% which was pretty amazing given how picky we were about how it was specced up.On delivery...The car was immaculate on (amazingly detailed!!!) and turned up earlier than expected! So far so good with customer service so will update this as time goes by...

**Please do not purchase vehicles from this Dealership, nor engage in any form of service / repair**Whilst the sale team are professional and helpful - the service centre & customer service staff have proven to be unprofessional, unreliable & incompetent.Even though we had been told some horror stories similar to what we went through; we unfortunately proceeded to move forward with the purchase from this dealership thinking they may have been isolated incidents that “wouldn’t happen to us”.We purchased a Range Rover Evoque in Mar 2021 – 8 months later, it needed a COMPLETE new engine, turbo, rear exhaust… the list goes on. The car was towed to the dealership unable to be driven on the 28th of December 2021, 6 months later and the car has only just been finished.Refusal to provide a loan car, continuous excuses, delays, and setbacks. Whilst we fully understand things like this take time – when all parts were confirmed received in February, there is no excuse as to why the vehicle was in their possession until June.There is no accountability on the fact that they are selling non quality vehicles or that their repairs are not timely, nor reasonable.This is the first negative review we have ever left a business – although this needs to be seen by other unaware consumers to protect you them from the experience we sadly had to go through.Again, please do not purchase from this dealership & please do not use their service centre – you will regret it!

I purchased a pre-owned Audi from Southern Classic Cars. The salesperson was helpful. I also financed with the dealership and am happy with the deal.My first service was a couple of weeks ago. The lady who handled the service was nice.

This is without doubt the very worst dealership, at all levels, that I have ever had the misfortune to experience. At EVERY level, the dealership fails. Sales are totally disinterested in the 'customer'... the person who want(ed) to buy a car. Service is incompetent, I took my VW back 5 times to have a fault attended to and on every occasion they problem was not solved. Nor was any follow up offered, I was always the one making phone calls trying to get the problem resolved. The service staff were just totally dis-interested... there was always an excuse. I have NO idea why quality international manufactures such as Jaguar, Landrover and Audi choose to entrust their products with such an abysmal dealership... they should go elsewhere. Avoid Souther Classic Cars at all costs as you experience will just be awful.
