Sports Focus Physiotherapy Mounties is a great place to get treated. I came here after having a Knee Reconstruction in August of 2019. They are great at what they do and are able to get you ready for your return to sport.

I have been seeing Aaron twice a week since my spinal surgery in May 2020 and cannot thank him enough for his incredible work. When I first saw him I couldn’t move my neck and now I am back at work and getting my life back on track. I highly recommend sports focus and especially Aaron.

Very bad. I could not wait to finish torture of massage. I pay 1 hr got only 40 min. Constantly opening my curtain I , they talking to each other laughing. This should be closed as soon as possible.Shame on you

I wouldn’t recommend this organisation to anyone. I was provided a service in 2015 due to breaking my leg through a works compensation claim and was going for treatment when I rang up over the phone I requested to book at Mounties for them to book me in at Liverpool so I missed my appointment. After not getting any further treatments i went elsewhere. 4 years later i received a letter from a debt recovery agency to say I owed money. In those 4 years I never received any letters, emails or phone calls to advise of the matter nor has the company that I worked for never got any correspondence. Absolutely nothing. When I got the letter I rang to discuss the matter with the manager to be advised it’s outsourced deal with them. This is absolutely disgusting to treat someone this way. Why would anyone wanna come to your organisation if u can’t even discuss anything with them. I have reported the company to the department of fair trading for to not finalising accounts within 12 months period. My bill was like $113 u think u would ring your client to advise or even the company to say there is a bill outstanding. Common sense to call your clients.Just take my advice don’t go to this company and be aware keep all your receipts for yearsThis company is on there way to failing big time if they have a manager that they have now running the place don’t wanna see what it is like in 12 months time. U couldn’t even call your client to discuss a matter of a $113 that’s shocking.I would give a 0 rating if there was an option
