Southern Cross Window Tinting
Had a booking for 18th January to tint front windows of my car at 1pm. I took the afternoon off work to have the car at home. Turns up and says window film hasnt arrived in the mail so can we reschedule to the Friday. Hmm would have been nice to have thought maybe the customer's time is important and maybe rescheduled the day before so that I didnt have to take the afternoon off. So Friday I'm waiting the same time, no show, no phone call. I know it was only a small job but if it wasnt worth your while you should tell people. In the end I lost a whole days work (over $500 loss to me) for a job that was supposed to cost $160.
