Great company to do business with

Hired stump grinders from the 3 times. The last time I rang the day before to confirm it would be ready to go in the morning, they said yes its here ready to go. The next day After driving 45min to get there i arrived and they said it wasn’t there. so I waited for it to come back and then it had to be serviced, and then I lost 2 hours of my day. The most recent time I tried to hire one, I called all through the week and kept getting told that I would be called back regarding making a booking, then I complained and said “i just want to know can i book a machine or not” and the guy replied “i cant help you, what do you want me to do?” then the last time i called they said the guy i need to speak to to hire a machine has gone over seas for 4 weeks. I said “is this even a hire company?” and the guy said “i dont know”absolute joke.

Excellent company, staff, service and machines. Deal with Red Roo and you'll be dealing with people that care, not a corporation that doesn't.
