Called Jimmy at 9pm on a Friday, didn’t leave a message and he went above and beyond and called back within minutes! He advised me on what to do to possibly get our hot water going again without saying he would come and look at it first! HWS ended up needing replacement and he came on Saturday morning and installed a new one. Even took a look at our toilet and advised on what we could do for outdoor drainage. He was prompt and professional, arrived on time and completed the job quickly in order for us to have our hot water back ASAP even though it was a rainy wet day! I couldn’t recommend him more and will be using him for future plumbing issues/installs.

Jimmy came as arranged, communicated well, and hammered through unexpected rock for hours to complete our job and still stuck to the quote ! I would highly recommend these guys for your septic system repairs

I highly recommend JBH Plumbing. Jimmy was responsive and took the time to find out what the problem was before providing us with a solution. We’ve come back to him over the years because of his great service and attention to detail. We have an old double brick home, and the number of challenges we faced throughout the renovation process (too many to count) at times we felt like we couldn’t see the light. However, the team was confident and patience. No problem was too small or big. He sorted out the storm water and sewer plumbing / drainage to our new shed. Put in new plumbing to the kitchen and laundry, fitted our 3-in-1 tap unit, washing machine, dishwasher and installed the new gas water heater. Can’t recommend them enough!
