I cannot recommend this spa highly enough. The facials are absolutely beautiful and the service is thoroughly professional.

I purchased a Groupon for a facial and called the number on the voucher to make an appointment but no one answer. I thought I give it time and called back a few days later, again no answer. I send them an email and keep bouncing back. At this point, I was really frustrated as it's not possible that someone run a business" and don't want bookings... As my last resource

I was given a Groupon gift voucher for a facial with microdermabrasion at Femme Skin Spa. Wow, Ramune gives a wonderful facial, and while your mask is on - an amazing neck massage. Now I treat myself to a monthly facial with Ramune. Definitely worth it, highly recommended.

Have been trying to call and email this company for over 2 weeks now to book an appointment for a groupon voucher I purchased. Have had no response or call backs at all. The email address doesn’t work. I noticed the comment the owner responded to the last person who had a problem with a voucher and their excuse was that they sold too many vouchers and can’t keep up with the bookings. Well that doesn’t mean you can’t answer or return my calls to explain that. You just make yourself look dodgy. I may have wanted to book a full priced service but you couldn’t even answer my calls to know that.What a waste of time. If you want business, Atleast answer phone calls to explain you’re busy instead of ignoring people. I’ve contacted groupon for my money back.

I have been here twice, once to use a Groupon voucher, and the experience was nothing but delightful. The owner was good with massage, thorough with the facial, and did not push any products on me (she recommended a website that I could get products for my skin instead). I am surprised to see a negative review for this business. I will be going back.
