Verna Kitchen Components

I would recommend them to anyone wanting a quality kitchen; as they were recommended to me. I came and saw them over an 18 month period (whilst I was building my home) before I placed the order. Every time they offered plenty of information/advice, without a hint of pressure to purchase.When I finally placed the order; nothing was too much trouble. Other kitchen suppliers needed my kitchen to fit into their standard product range; Verna response to all requests was 'no worries'. I ordered a solid timber kitchen, no one else wanted to provide that; I wanted non standard heights, depths, etc. Again not problems.The real surprise came when I put it together. I had never put together a kitchen before; everything was just so easy and logical; everything just fitted. I rang them a few times, just to check a couple of items; again, Verna's after sale assistance was fantastic. I even wanted to make some minor changes; they provided replacement pieces without any hesitation and even refused to take an additional payment.During the actual install, bulky handling required that I needed a second person, so I had the local carpenter come give me a hand. He has install many kitchens over the years, and just finished installing a competitors kitchen the week before. His comment was, I have never had a kitchen go together so well; this is the first time I have not needed to swear during the install; he would recommend Verna to any of his future clients wanting a kitchen". I kid you not

Verna really surprised me after a couple of issues.They were quick to respond and sorted some problems out promptly.Travelled 80km for the cabinets and was really happy with the quality.Will buy from them again and recommend them for all your cabinet needs.Thank you

I had to call Verna four times to follow up on a quote and still they did not get back to me. I would have to say this is one very frustrating experience. Don't bother wasting your time here.
