I visited Tiffany’s for a necklace cleaning service. I was served coffee while I waited and then saw Marija - my amazing consultant. I highly recommend her for her attention to detail and she went above and beyond to fix knots in the necklace, shared home maintenance tips and stepped through some different options for a future purchase. Thank you, Marija!

First time I went I received excellent customer service via a booked appointment with Rosemary. Second time a year later I went with a group of friends and unfortunately although we had booked an appointment (a month in advance) we were dismissed at the door and were not taken seriously. We were told that they didn’t have the specific piece we were looking at in stock and that we should just buy online. We waited around and insisted on getting the sit down appointment that we had booked and were finally taken to a private room, were told that they had two pieces in stock (magically appeared in 15 minutes) and made several purchased. A huge thank you to Jo Ong, our SA for taking such good care of us after we had been passed off by 3 others. Very disappointing for my friends who were first time customers and very disheartening for me as a returning one. 5 stars for Rosemary and Jo, but no stars for all the other people we dealt with.

Just got my necklace fixed here and I feel very lucky to be taken care by Marija. Thanks to her, the whole experience was wonderful, from dropping off the necklace to picking it up. I have also observed how she treated customers while I was waiting and I think she is impressively sweet and of course very professional! I thought I knew enough about taking care my necklace but she has taught me a lot more new things I didn’t know! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience!!Key Points:- Online chat experience with ‘Aimie’ and ‘Ivan’ was terrible. Poor spelling and grammar makes me think it’s a chat system based overseas- I was advised the Pitt Street store had 2 of the item I wanted in stock- Went to the store and waited 30 minutes in a queue to get in- When I finally got in I was advised that they do have the stock but they can’t find it so I left empty handed- Afterwards I used the online chat again to ask if they could waive the same day delivery fee because of the poor experience I had online and in store to date. The best solution they offered was free express shipping (which is free for orders over $250 anyway!)Full Review:I was intending to buy a white gold chain necklace and noticed that the only store with stock was Sydney International Airport (which I can’t obviously access without leaving the country) so I used the online chat function on their website to see if any other stores had it available. Firstly, their chat system is terrible. It kept dropping out, there were long wait times and consultants that didn’t respond at all. This continued occurring every time I tried to use the chat function over the space of a week. Once a consultant finally replied they advised me that there were 2 in stock at the Pitt Street store. I asked her to double check as their website stated there was no stock at that store and I live far from the city so it would be quite a trip in to purchase it in person. She replied and confirmed they definitely have 2 in stock.Today, I made the long trip into Sydney CBD, battled city traffic and paid for parking to purchase the chain in person. I finally got there and proceeded to wait in a queue out the front for 30 minutes before being allowed into the store. When finally served, the lady who helped me advised me that they do in fact have 2 in stock, but they don’t know where they are. She tried to search under the counters and out the back but returned to say she can’t find them. I advised her that the reason I came in store was because the girl I had spoken to on their website chat said they were definitely here. She apologised but said the best she can do is order it in and then I’d have to collect it from the store which would take more than 4 business days. I said I had come in person to purchase it as it is a special birthday gift that I needed quickly. She didn’t offer any other solutions.After leaving the store extremely frustrated and upset for the service, waiting time and miscommunication I jumped back on the website chat to speak to someone about their same day delivery option. I had someone called Aimie who confirmed it would be possible to get it delivered on Monday however at an additional fee. I explained the poor service and experience I had so far and asked if that fee could be waived. I was then transferred to another person called Ivan who said the best they could do is complementary express shipping (which is free anyway for purchases over $250!). When I told them that I wasn’t happy with this solution and that I would be writing a bad review they simply replied with “no problem, have a nice day”.So incredibly annoyed and disappointed in this experience! I know Tiffany & Co is normally known for its premium shopping experience but mine has been far from it! I will not be shopping at Tiffany & Co again! I was very lucky to find a lovely chain and had a wonderful experience at a competitor store. I wish I just went there in the first place!

Excellent service everytime I was at their shop staff is impeccable well done costumer serviceBut the worst quality I have ever seem,My husband thought he would be buying me a forever piece to mark our anniversary- its a piece alright? Piece of …. This is the second time this bracelet broke!? Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else where price actually means quality,They will charge you absurd amount to fix it,Seriously pandora has replaced so many times for free with a new product without even asking for a receipt- which is supposedly to be a cheaper shop actually has a much better approach to pos sales than Tiffanys!What is the big loss for Tiffanys anyway? They can melt and redo it, but instead they will keep ripping you off, do you really need it?Never shop in there again, will never recommend to anyone

Whilst I got the extremely expensive bauble that my wife wanted I'd have to say the counter service was mediocre at best but mostly I was disappointed that they didn't have any discreet bags to put my expensive purchase in and I had to walk a significant distance across the city carrying a paper bag with a rope handle that clearly says it's a Tiffany's bag and could have easily been snatched out of my hand. Hopefully if we ever come back the service is better and they have some discreet bags to give to customers who don't want to walk around the streets showing off that they've just been to Tiffany's.

Staff at the counter was great and hospitable. However my experience with security guard was not pleasing. I have just finished work and was wearing office work attire blazer and jeans (not a suit) and the security guard had let a group in front of me in, however stopped in front of me from going in as if I should be allowed in there or I couldn't afford to be in there. It wasn't pleasing more than anything disappointed with that part of the service.
