Ferial was amazing! She created a very safe and soothing environment for the massage and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She was a great listener and very attentive to how my body responded to the massage. My favourite part was the cocoon wrap towards the end of the massage. I did not realize just how tense my body was until she worked through the areas that needed attention. The whole experience was wonderful and I came out experiencing a mix of calm through the release of tension and a sensational warmth of energy that stayed with me for a while.

Ferial is amazing! She has provided such a supportive and nurturing space for me and has such a gentle and warm approach. I feel very comfortable with her and feel like she really understands me and have found her to be very knowledgeable. I feel such a great energy when I see her and I would highly recommend!

Ferial has been a teacher and mentor for many years. I had ‘regular’ yoga classes with her, pre- natal yoga sessions and massages. She is very passionate about her work and her positive energy and enthusiasm is uplifting. I always leave the treatment/classes recharged and feeling good in my body and mind.
