The WORST STAFF! Yes you shut at 9. But when I owned and ran businesses we shut at that time , not 8.50, not 8.45. what so I can get the tills done early go home early. I'm new to the area. I don't appreciate being yelled at and spoken to like a petulant child. The member in question was middle aged to older, slight accent, long brown wavy hair with a head band. I'd drive ks out of my way to avoid this woman.

Really good. We were there several times and not familiar with the layout but we managed all our choirs from food, appliances, clothes and optical without drama. Ps Thanks to the nice centre and shop staff for directions, not to mention kind locals who also helped us Sydney yokels.

The staff this afternoon at the self cash register was unhappy, unfriendly, and rude. When I waited and politely asked for help (seeing she was busy) as the checkout machine was playing up with error messages half a dozen times, she said something like IF you read ENGLISH properly

My phone was out of battery when I tried to pay the glossary tonight. Two super lovely ladies(one at self-checkout and one at the service desk) helped me out by finding me a charging cable. They really saved my day. Thank you!

The service was standard. I felt like I was the employee working there. I greeted her first with a friendly smile, it was like I was dealing with a robot. Maybe stocking shelves would be suitable, not/or lack of interacting with customers.

Approached front counter yesterday, Kyel asked how he could help me, I said, I would like refund on a phone. Immediately his reply was we don't give refunds on phones, I asked why, he said a lot of fraudulent activity, I asked what sort of fraudulent activity and what does it have to do with me. I said, is the none refund policy for all Woolworths or is this your rules, and could you provide me with any documents that state this. He was reluctant to find a resolution and treated me like I was up to no good. I went to harbour town Woolworths and explained what had happened, the young lady at the front counter called her manager. Manager asked was the box still sealed, do I have the receipt, yes, yes, and for good measure I showed the transaction on my bank account. Got my refund, Thanks to Woolworths Harbour Town.

A little disappointed. I've been going to Australia Fair since I was a child. Even before it became Australia Fair my parents would go to the Hotel for drinks and food.Yes, they did a renovation a couple of years ago and it looked fresh and updated.But, this week we went only to find out most of the retail shops had left. It felt like a renovation in process but, it wasn't.We were very happy to know that Kmart and the pub upstairs was still open.We enjoyed our lunch at the pub. It's still very busy and the food was affordable and delicious.

Woolworths Australia Fair (Southport)
Shelves are stocked poorly. In Qld, they've stopped plastic bags. Paper bags are 10 cents dearer. They hold less & break easily, especially if carrying cold things. I travel in my Motorhome & ride my bike to get food. This is terrible & a complete rip off to your customers.
