Great service, friendly reception, easy to follow instruction to drop and collect my goods. Parking can be a challenge sometimes if you want to actually find a proper spot, but thankfully if you want to drop off goods you'll get directed to an empty spot along the huge depot. Great experience overall.

I called them about freight. Lady on phone was dismissive and in a rush to get me off the phone. We went there at 5 pm and they said they're closed..storage starts tomorrow so another cost to add. Do not deal with these people until they clarify operating hours on their website and put some telephone operators with manners.

Now using inboundconnect which assists managing flow, but still took an 30 mins into next time slot (1.5hrs wait) to receive goods, then find forklift damage to Lithium DG see pictures luckily the fork didnt pierce or cause internal short which would of been ugly, paying DG fee the a $1000 powerpak damaged and no liability accepted" policy in damage report

I used trojan to import some items. The information and updates I was given from there staff over the phone and via email was sub-par. It also took an unreasonable amount of time for them to make my goods available for inspection for customs.
