I was not going to leave a review after the poor service that I received from you. However after this morning I have changed my mind.I came to you as I wanted to support a local bike store now I wouldn't recommend you if you were the last store in Perth.My first disappointment was your lack of communication, it took more than a week to service my bike and 3 phone calls from me to find out what was happening and only on the third call did I find out that you were waiting on a chain.When I did come pick up my bike there was no apology for the poor communication and was dismissed with excuses made as to why there was no phone calls.I was them presented the bill and, at no point was I informed as to the cost of replacement parts. Imagine my shock to be charged $70 for a replacement 11spd chain and when telling the owner that it is half that price from bikebug, the response was that is what i pay for it".The cherry on the cake came to day when I rode my bike to work to discover that although the cassette had been degreased and chain replaced

I'm a no fuss rider who likes quality equipment and doesn't like products being pushed on me, rather being assisted with the best advice on value for money, specific requirements and quality. Didn't know this shop was here, but will not be going anywhere else. The staff were friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Don't waste your time at some of the other bigger stores, these guys have everything you need in a friendly environment. Can't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. I bought new bikes for the kids here earlier this year and also had my old rust bucket serviced a few times. The service was done in a short time and a great price.I called yesterday to see if they stocked a particular bike. They didn't, but they got it in for me and I picked it up today. Andrew spent time with me explaining everything and all for the best price in Perth (well, I checked 4 stores).I will be back again, and again! Thanks guys!

Customer service beyond 100%. A communication error accepted and rectified without grief. Polite and friendly staff who made sure I left satisfied. Accurate fitting and taking the time made my experience worth while. Highly recommended.

Dropped my plastic Giant in for a service - having some problems with the chain jumping while on the small chain ring. Great service - inspected the bike, did some tightening up in a few areas and importantly identified that I needed a new chain ring. They swapped it out and got me going.

We were incredibly impressed with the very prompt arrival of our order! The team at BB Cycles were very quick to send out our online orders which made the wait much easier for two impatient little boys! I drive past a lot of other bike shops to go to BB Cycles because I always leave there feeling good about the experience. Yesterday (which was a Saturday) I needed some quick repair work done and they squeezed me in and did the work and were happy to do so. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
