For over 3 weeks I have phoned wanting to collect my parcel. CTC TOBACCO Beaconsfield is an agent for FAST AWAY now called ARAMEX, located in Salmon St Port Melbourne. Messages are left with both places. NOTHING from CTC TOBACCO Beaconsfield. Aramex keep sending me the same useless message telling me to go to CTC TOBACCO.No One will help me!DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE COMPANIES!If there was a minus rating both would get negative 10.Now further action will be taken!

Terrible place to shop unless you appreciate being accused of theft. Hopefully you can speak mandarin otherwise they try and sell you stuff you don't need. Will never return to this poorly run business. Absolutely racist store, they don't like white people.
