Horrendous service. Wouldn’t give package and said recipient had to come pick up. Even though online it said their photo ID and license, etc was required which we did have.

My package eta is 8-10am, I was supposed to go to a blood test required fasting at 8, so I decide to wait for the post in case I missed. And now at 12:21pm, I STILL DID NOT receive my post! And, I tried to called twice! both time the customer service cannot get hold of driver, I can see he is back and forth from my home and never come to deliver.And just 2 mins ago, I check, the driver is back to DEPOT!!! I MEANT SERIOUSLY!WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?!I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS IF I COULD
