Probably the most lazy, incompetent and downright dodgy agents you will ever deal with. They are called “lucky” because you’ll be lucky to get anything done through them! I rented my property out through Jayant for the first three months and I’m struggling to see how he could’ve been any worse.My first tenant gave a few days notice before vacating. Instead of holding them to the 28-day notice period as required by law, Jayant backed them up due to their shared cultural background and I had to cop loss in rental income.I bought the property in June 2021. The “FOR SALE” sign was still up in November when I finally changed agents. This is despite multiple requests to organise its removal.My sparky and plumber organised to do safety inspections multiple times - Jayant never showed up, not only wasting the tradies day but delaying vital safety checks.I organised with Jayant to inspect the property between tenants. Guess what? He doesn’t show up. He told me he was “held up at work” but you could clearly tell that he’d just woke up and slept through the meeting. He then opted to give the keys to my property to one of his mates who let me through. He wasted 1.5hours of my day only to have a complete stranger walking around with keys to my property.Even with all of that, I was not going to write this review - I’ve changed agents and put this nightmare behind me. I was convinced to write this review, though, at tax time. Predictably, Jayant was just as incompetent with record keeping as with everything else. Over a 3-4month tenancy, he only issued me a “monthly” statement once, covering only one month. I now need the annual statement from him, which (surprisingly enough) he hasn’t just issued to me as would be expected. For months now, I’ve tried contacting Jayant to ask for the summary so I can do my taxes but he is refusing to communicate. I’ve emailed him, called multiple times, left voicemail and texted him.Honestly a trained dog would be more competent than Jayant.
