Dropped a near new polyvac off with these guys. machine always seemed to be going to be repaired, parts alway on the way .Machine was needed for work every day. I would ring then once a week then every fortnight till it was once a month,Machine was never fixed or returned to me to this day have no idea what they done with it $1800 machine down the drain.
