I ordered from Remote King MercedesBenz IR keys 1 in 433MHz and 1 in 315 MHz Three button configuration What I got sent was 4 button not 3, single battery not Double battery, parts where missing from the key awell When I call to complain I was told I was being Pedantic I have complained but yet I have not heard back from them customer service you don't have any

Not helpful. Had issues connecting a remote and they simply deferred me to the shop who were the ones that weren't clear in the first place. It's their product so I would have hoped for some help with an instruction manual and check the codes to make sure I received the right one. Surely they could do this easily!

Can't talk to anyone, staff are apparently unable to take a call. New transport company they are using is useless. Use to get stock next day, now its been over a week and nothing from delivery provider not even an email to advise receipt of delivery . Contacted remote king via their website and no reply after 24hrs. Used to be a good company to deal with but recent changes to the business model have made it just another frustration to deal with. Sadly, I will move on to another supplier. On the odd occasion I need to talk to someone its suits my needs to speak to someone rather than wait for someone to take their time to reply to my email when it suits them while I lose business.

You can get much cheaper items. No support for the products from the distributor and the stores are unsure of the products.I bought a remote king smooth operator yesterday with goal to control my bft gate and Merlin garage opener. I’ve tried universal remotes in the past that easily were picked up by the Merlin unit but not the bft.With the smooth operator the bft programmed in well but the Merlin wouldn’t program into the unit.The retail store didn’t have knowledge beyond reading the pamphlet as I did and they were lovely but they said they’d programmed the remote for us but didn’t work. That led me to using the online chat help on the remote king websiteI contact remote king. Who’s official stance is as follows.———CJwe supply the retail stores. they register their company with us and paid for the services we offer.———I picked up a much cheaper (under $10) learning remote from an electrical store which worked on both gates perfectly. Now I am going to return the $60 cheap made remote king unit for a refund.Pretty disappointing and it’s frustrating that they wouldn’t answer a simple question. I am aware of distribution chains and when warranty issues arise small businesses quite often push you to the distributor.
