Tea Bag (Sunbury)

Delicious bubble tea around! I have been to many in or around the area and honestly have never found a bubble tea that's quite as good as Tea Bag in Sunbury.Staff are wonderful and kind, service is usually pretty quick even on busy days, and just a lovely atmosphere and experience overall.

Very yummy bubble tea. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Will always come back.

Super tasty bubble tea with the flavours we are used to. I got the brown sugar milk tea with pearls and it was SO GOOD. It had a real brown sugar taste and the pearls were the perfect texture and sweetness. We also got the honeydew milk tea and passionfruit green tea, and they were really good as well. The service was great and the owner was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and will tell friends and family to go here, as it's the type of tea we really like. So glad they came to Sunbury and we don't have to go to all the way to Watergardens to get good bubble tea.

It's very convenient having a bubble tea place right next to the station. I've been here a handful of times, and every time the service has been great, and the drinks always hit the spot. I like that your name gets called out when your drink is ready, rather than a number system. And the guy there usually remembers my order from last time. My favourite boba tea shop in Melbourne!! And that says a lot from someone who loves boba as much as I do. Everything is so fresh and the drinks are delicious and well made. Staff are super friendly too

The place was very nice inside and the staff was very kind and offered great customer service. They were fun to talk to and engaging. The tea was good and offers a wide variety of options. Price was also fairly cheap vs what I'm usually spending on bubble tea

Change my mind.EFFICIENCYIf I have a 5 minute wait for my bus, I can walk down there, order my favourite strawberry milk tea, and still get to the bus on time. They are quick, and wonderful people who serve you (they always welcome you, which I find really lovely). I timed it yesterday, and it took one minute for the team to complete my bubble tea!VARIETYAlso, I love the variety of flavours to choose from. There are four categories of tea: Milk, Fruit, Ice Blend, and Fresh. There are also toppings to add like the traditional pearls, and jelly, and all sorts, although you do have to pay extra if you'd like to add it on. Understandable.COMPETITORSI have been to other bubble tea spots in Sunbury. I was a bit disappointed. One store had strawberry fruit chunks in them, but they were really tough, and flavourless -- it had no good contribution to the drink. The flavour was also sickly sweet, and the colour was unappetising. It also took much longer for it to be ready (about 10 minutes).
