lululemon indro has the best staff service i’ve ever experienced. i’ve visited the store numerous times and i always find myself spending another 10mins talking to the amazing generous staff members (especially georgie). they are so incredibly helpful and you can find exactly what your looking for thanks to their very organised store layout❤️❤️

love the team here at indooroopilly. the girls are more than helpful and the store is beautiful. they offer free fitness classes on a sunday too which is awesome.

My whole experience with the team at Indoorapilly was great. Sam had asked me to product test one of the sports bra's and I am so glad I did, I love it! It is so much more supportive than most other bra's. Like a lot of bra's and bikini tops the padding sometimes moves around and folds when I wash it, but that is just the kind that I bought, I tried on a few others that wouldn't have that problem. I will definitely be a recurring customer.

I called the store asking if they had a product in store & if i could get it posted the staff members names was Charlotte. She was so helpful & went above and beyond to help me find the few items I really wanted! Thank you again I will definitely call Indro for my future purchases even though I am in NSW & they are in QLD.

I’d be the first to say that Lulu products virtually sell themselves, however the sheer number of options and subtleties between styles can be overwhelming. I’ve been into the Indooroopilly store numerous times this year and wanted to recognise the consistently great customer service I’ve received from Aidan - he has been incredibly knowledgeable, accomodating and brings great energy to the store!
