So refreshing to receive some old fashioned great service! Felipe advised against what I thought I needed, which ultimately meant that the cost would be less for him, but the benefits would be greater for what I needed.The speed of delivery was spot on, having been kept informed at all times as to what was happening.And that workshop - spotless!Will definitely be bringing my bike back here for any further work in the future.

Phillipe and his mechanic team do a fantastic job of servicing my motorcycle. The work shop is neat and tidy so I know my motorcycle is going to get the attention and space it needs while in their care.

I was with my Ucle Nick when we needed a motorcycle ramp to load my new bike onto his van and I'm glad we were able to rent one free of charge to load my motorcycle onto his van and return the ramp with no issues. I plan on returning here to have other issues looked at in the coming weeks.

My experience here has not been matched in the years I have been riding. I have never met a motorcycle mechanic who is as knowledgeable, honest, thorough and precise as Felipe.I have had all my motorcycles serviced here, which all require different levels of mechanical experience, and all have been treated with the utmost care and respect.For anyone looking for a new mechanic, or wanting to find something better than their current, go here. You will not regret it and can rest assure your bike is in extremely good hands

I called up to get a price and availability on a pre purchase inspection on a bike I’m looking at purchasing interstate. The guy who answered the phone was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Turns out this workshop isn’t close to the seller of the vehicle and he (guy in the phone) suggested more convenient workshops and mechanics.If their mechanical work at FV is anything like their customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my own vehicle to them if I were ever in that area.

You know when someone tells you “Ah mate, you just need to find a good shop to take your bike to and you’ll be sorted.” This is that shop, and this is where you need to take all your bikes. Amazing service and a great bunch of people.
