Grand Music Central

Since we moved in Castle Hill area we have been searching for music lessons for my little one and piano lessons for my older 2. Grand Music Central has been fantastic! The classes are fun and interactive and the kids are learning so much. The teachers are very nurturing and just lovely with the kids. I also love the awesome creche they have in the waiting area that keeps my youngest entertained for while my older 2 are in class. There is also ample parking.

Great family environment where the owner and staff are caring to the children and families and always put in their best to make sure the kids get to experience music in a way the world is loosing.

We had to take our kid out of this institution because of the lack of professionalism from the owner and staff of the company. They chop and changed classes, canceled classes at the last minute. Every time you brought it up we were shut down. There were other moms in the same situation and the owner showed disrespect and no consideration for our time and money we paid for the classes. The most rudest display of behavior.They will cancel classes at the very last minute and not refund because their contract allows them to do so. Please be careful and take this into consideration when signing with them. They will accuse you of being difficult when you will try to get any answers from them. If you take your child here, be prepared to tolerate anything. We have had 5 kids leave the class from a room of 7.

DO NOT take your kid here. The staff of this establishment are the most unprofessional. They change classes, cancel classes on the day and not refund your payment. They speak to parents rudely without taking any responsibility of their actions.Owners reply is a example of how they deflect any issues raised and then accuse you of being intimidating and a bully, which is an extreme exaggeration ,in fact they are the ones that are bullying!! As you can see in her underlying comment about keen intellect ".Not Very well managed."

With many class options and a passion for music education, I highly recommend Grand Music Central as a fantastic option for joining the amazing world of music!

Highly recommend Grand Music Central. My son has been doing piano lesson with Rhiannon Smart - director since the age of 9. He is now 16 and just finished his grade 6 piano exam with honours. Rhiannon and the staff of GMC has absolutely changed his life. He is planning to continue on to do a music and teaching degree.

Our daughters have been attending piano and signing classes in GMC for couple of years- it is a friendly and professional place where the children are taught well and feel guided and supported by the teacher and the staff. Their musical talents have been nurtured and additional opportunities to extend their skills have been offered. Very satisfied with all aspects of the service.
