Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted bird proofing of my solar system. The price was outrageous. They quoted $1735 to bird proof 18 solar panels. $500 above all other quotes from other providers. Additionally I had to call for three days to get this quote. I contacted them back by text asking if they would reconsider their quote and I was ignored. I called to lodge a complaint and was promised they would call me back but no one ever did. Overpriced, arrogant, rude are my experience with this companyIf I could give them no starts then it would be appropriateIn the end I bird proofed the solar panels at a cost of $160. This was the cost of the bird proofing product.Kozco Energy quoted 60 meters for the job. It only needed 30 meters.Big difference between $1735 and $160.

Kozco installed new solar panels on my roof and an inverter on the garage wall. They installed top quality solar panels and inverter at a very reasonable price, were informative every step of the way, arrived on time, very friendly electricians/installers and tidied up after themselves when the job was completed. They took time to show me how to download the solar app so that I can keep an eye on solar power being generated, etc and answered all my questions regarding the inverter and panels. I cannot fault this business and wish more businesses were like them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again in future for any electrical needs.

Wayne and his staff were absolutely amazing. Any questions I had were immediately answered without hesitation which displayed to me the incredible amount of knowledge he had. Unlike other providers who would need to get back to me hours or days later. Kozco were on time, professional and the quality of workmanship next level. Will be my go to place for any future upgrades.

Kozco from sales through to install were great to deal with. Sales team very knowledgeable. The office staff quick to respond and kept me updated with install dates due to hot weather.The guys on site did a great job keeping everything neat and clean.The system was up and running that day and they showed me how the app works.Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Had solar panels installed. Had a great experience with the salesman, who was straight forward and real. They arrived on time and got the job done quickly. It all looks great and performs well.There was slightly damage to our property but they rectified promptly and satisfactorily. There was some issues and I had trouble getting that dealt with due to new staff but once I went back to the salesman it was sorted.
