Mazzucchelli's Jewellers - Rockingham

Got my Tag watch serviced and pressure tested through this store. Cost over $350. It was a poor service, let water in and ruined my watch.

Disappointing customer service with Mazzucchelli's. We have purchased a number of things from this shop.The retail shop front made the first mistake, when my rings were weeks old! and now following up with head office is ridiculous. No number to call, send a number of emails and still await a reply call.So now I am on my computer replying to their emails and leaving honest reviews. Who knows they might listen now??

Buyer Beware - Mazzucchelli's are the worst retailers I have ever purchased from. I purchased a Tissot watch from them and the paint started coming off it, they sent it to Tissot for repair and 6 weeks later i received the watch back and 2 days later the paint came off again. the refused to refund me and said it had to be sent to Tissot again, another 8 weeks later and lots of complaints, they replaced with another watch. Since then I have returned that watch back twice and all I want is a refund. the Tissot watches are such poor quality now!! I only wear it in an office environment and it looks like I have beaten it up. I just want a refund and to move on but Mazzuchellis refuse to give me my money back. I have the Consumer rights involved now. AWFUL experience with TISSOT and Mazzuchellis. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Staff were friendly.Was gifted a Vera Wang necklace for Christmas. Wore it for a day and a half and it broke when I took it off to have a shower. Due to not purchasing a care plan I had to pay for the repair even though it qasnt even purchased a week before returning it to the store. Asked about a refund and was told they don't do refunds only replace if faulty. Even after contacting their customer service, there was no follow up. My husband has been told never to purchase from this store again as I now have a necklace I will never wear out of fear of it breaking again.

I had my diamond rings cleaned. The staff said only $40 each. A week later I picked them up...I should have to pay $115 each. The staff kept her word that I pay only $40 each. Is it because it's Christmas? My rings looking like new again, and paid cheaper for the cleaning!

Absolute disgusting customer service!! Ruined my whole experience of getting engaged. Messed up 3 're sizing leading to having to choose a whole new ring all together. Ruining the sentimental part as no longer had the original engagement ring my partner proposed to me with.Sales person gave out wrong information to get a sale which then lead to the worst experience that tarnish what should be a very happy occasion.Zero care factor given from staff and region manager!!Do not shop in this store!!Finally got a engagement ring on my finger and sorted 1year later!!

I would never recommend that you take any jewelery to this store for repairs. I took a diamond necklace (purchased from Mazzucchellis), to be repaired on the 11 Nov .A stone had fallen out and needed to be put back into the setting.(We gave them the stone) and I was called with a quote on the 20th of Nov. I was told it would take 2 weeks. I heard nothing from them and rang on the 9th of Dec, and was told the jeweler was really busy and they tried to phone but got no answer.I called again on the 16 Dec and told them I wasn't happy about waiting any longer and wanted my necklace back repaired or not repaired. There response was that the jeweler had partially done the job and if I wanted it back I had to pay the full price of the repair and receive it back in a partially repaired (mutilated) condition.They claim It will be repaired and returned before Xmas,(6 weeks after I gave it to them) excuse me for being skeptical about this. Its very disappointing to put your trust in a company like this and to be treated with such disregard.My husband has purchased a lot of expensive pieces for me from Mazzucchellis, he will be going elsewhere in future. The staff at this particular store are very rude and need some training with regard to customer service.

I am totally aghast at the staff in the Rockingham store.So rude and uptight.I was asked for my drivers license, I was happy to giveIt, I could not find in in my wallet... the lady asked me over and over again for it.....I was trying to think were I had left it.....then she started full on with the companyPolicy over and over again.I did retort with “ I heard you the first time”.I went to my car to locate my drivers license, I came back and handed her the card.Then she could not find my ring, ( she had only rang me 15 mins prior)All sorted10 minutes later the manager rang me, started banging on about store policy over and over again!Then she hung up on me!I rang back you find out what was going on, to be hung up on again.I have a few care plans with this company for Jewelry we have purchased over the years. I wish I did not have to deal with them.If want back service this is the shop for you.

I have a Vera Wang ring that has needed to be re-rhodium plated 3 times in the space of 12 months. Have been in contact with the Customer Relations team as I have a white gold wedding band that is not Vera Wang and it has not dis-colored at all in the 12 months I have worn it, The Customer Relations team were no help at all and blamed it on general wear & tear saying nothing was wrong with the ring and offered another complimentary re-rhodium plate to have the same issue again in 3-4 months time.Dis-regarded the fact that it has happened to another Vera Wang ring also (a family member purchased a ring 2 years ago), as well as the fact other mazzuchellis brand rings have had no issues.Based on the below review with a diamond falling out, it seems that Vera Wang are just poor quality with a massive price tag!!Do not waste your money on Vera Wang, it will only bite you in the bum.
