This product was invaluable to my Father who had lost his sight.The phone was easy to use and the support service was first class. No issue was too difficult to fix and the response time from KISA was excellent. Highly recommended.

My 94yr old mother has had her Kisa phone with her every day for 4yrs - she is vision impaired and isolated in a aged care home & her Kisa has been her only independent contact with the outside world during the long covid lockdowns.She is able to use it without vision and would like to say that it is the best phone she has had - the service has been excellent and she would recommend it to anyone in a similar situation.

My elderly mother can't use a normal mobile but has no problem using the Kisa phone. Great for seniors who just want to call people without confusion.

I have found dealing with Kisa extremely easy and the staff are very helpful and kind. I'm in my mid 70's and not very good with the techinical side of things, but it was made easy by the caring staff. The phone is really easy to use for my husband who has Dementia.It makes him feel in controll and it is easy for him to contact me or others if need be. I highly recommend this product for anyone's parent who is experiencing difficulties with modern phones. My mother has Parkinson's Disease and visual problems and this phone has made her life so much easier. Large, easy to read labels and 10 preset numbers of all her loved ones at the press of a button. The staff are always so helpful with questions and customer service. When you order it is simple, fast and the phone arrives ready to use. It is a very economical way to encourage technology challenged family members to get back into communication and open up their world. It has been an absolute first class solution to being able to easily communicate with my mum, especially during Covid restrictions. It is also nice to talk to people in an Australian based company. Terrific Job KISA.

Its apparent simplicity and function belies the underlying sophisticated technology which has contributed to my elderly Father's increasing independence, improved cognition and promoted his inclination to engage in conversations with family and friends to the delight of all. KISA has also been extremely helpful and prompt in its response to questions and very informative regarding phone customisation to suit my Father’s needs. I can provide a solid recommendation for the KISA phone and I can't rate the support for it highly enough. Excellent product, excellent service!

The Kisa phone was a favourite item for my mum as she had been totally bed bound for the last two and a half years and it gave her access to her family and friends.She had the loud speaker option which was perfect for her declining condition as holding the phone also became a problem for her.I would like to thank all of the Kisa team for inventing this useful phone and enabling my mum to have the joy of chatting to her family and friends whenever she wanted.

Excellent Australian made, Melbourne based product. Purchased this phone for my father who moved to an aged-care facility two years ago. It has been brilliant! Fantastic customer service from Kisa, highly recommend. My father has never used a laptop/mobile phone in his life. He calls me daily! which is important during lockdown and I am unable to visit. Simple to use, easy to set up; Dad loves his KISA phone! Great to have pictures of his contacts on front cover as well. The volume can also be locked to loud on speaker for those hard of hearing, which works well for my Dad. One of the best things I had ever done when Dad moved to full time care.

Fantastic concept and fantastic service, can't recommend highly enough. My elderly father can't operate a smart phone and is visually impaired, the KISA phone enables him to operate basic, easy to use buttons with all important contacts printed either as a photo or large font name, this makes it very easy to use and simple form and function makes it a winner! Thanks team for making life a little easier
