Westernport tractors are excellent to deal with including pricing spare parts and general knowledge. I've recently purchased 2 John deere zero turn mowers both one for myself and a contractor. Over the years I've had plenty of ride on mowers, but my latest edition is first class being the Z335e a total weapon compared to other brands. The team are certainly the best I've dealt keep up the good work James and the crew.

These guys are very good. The service and support is exceptional. Tractor, zero-turn mower and Polaris purchased over the last 3 years. They have helped me out of a tricky spot, provided information, quotes and insights quickly. Thanks, James in particular, but all of the team including pick-up and delivery.

I have purchased from Westernport Tractors on numerous occasions and every time been met with great friendly service from James. They only sell high quality products like Polaris and Stihl and everything i have purchased from them has been great. Will definitely be going back to Westernport Tractors to continue to buy the best gear from the best supplier.

Putting one star because they did at least call back. I bought $2000 plus chainsaw 15 months ago, took it to Stihl Hastings as the chain sprocket snapped in half and caused another problem. Has a two year warranty. They said it was not covered as it has had excessive use. I am a 74 year old retiree, I cut wood for our heater and for one friend. If you are considering buying a Stihl product read the warranty very, very carefully. It basically absolves Stihl from responsibility and it becomes the shop owners decision as to whether or not they honor the warranty. Also the customer service at Hastings Stihl front desk is dreadful, I do hope it improves

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!One star is too many for this store & service.A warranty is only good if the store manager decides so.I spent 30k in this place bought a gator for 20k the wheels and brakes squeal metal on metal. I took it back for them to look at, they charged me and sent it back to me exactly the same and said I just need to press the brakes harder (I’m guessing that’s because I’m female). James the store manager was arrogant and rude. Told me I could think what I want when I questioned his explanation. I had to call out a mechanic to fix my gator despite being under warranty.Interestingly I found great service and repairs with Brant in Pakenham.My advice STAY AWAY FROM HASTINGS and James particularly if you’re female.

Hi all,I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with one of the sales staff today regarding a stihl brush cutter. Extremely uninterested in helping with my simple problem of providing a bump head, I have been in the ag industry for over 25 years and have never had a worse experience with a company. Not the first time either! I will be going to mornington next time to spend my money that's for sure. Staff there are great!Almost a dozen of the the bump head I required on the shelf, fitted to stock items???Completely unhelpful sales staff.

A warranty is only a warranty in theory. If your Stihl whipper snipper breaks down after 8 months as mine did and you rely on it for work, we can't look at it for 2.5 weeks" won't cut it.You have to buy another still unit because all your fittings work only with the stihl power unit and you won't work for 3 weeks without it."

Thanks Westernport Tractors, after riding on a Ferguson for 9 years we finally upgraded and purchased our first diesel(3038E)tractor. James met us on site when the tractor was delivered and went through everything with us and didn't have any issue repeating himself where needed to help us understand all the functions and requirements. James does not forget his customers and is always accommodating when we needed further guidance or advice relating to the tractor and any implements. Keep up the great work, we are very happy we purchased from Westernport Tractors.
