I have lived at One Oak for 2 years and love it!One Oak Newstead is a wonderful apartment complex to live in. The intimate nature of the building means management give a more personal style. Hayley and Sally are brilliant and bring professionalism to a new level.

My partner and I lived at One Oak for a year and we were so sad to leave!The building was kept in great condition and always looked beautiful.We dealt with Alex Robinson as our property manager and she went above and beyond for us! She was very easy to communicate with and made our experience very pleasant.

Lived here for 1.5 years and found it really conveneint to everything the area has to offer. The two bedroom apartments are generously sized as well, which was great! The building was always clean and really well maintained and the building manager (Alex) was always really nice, helpful, and responsive whenever we needed her help with anything.

I have lived at 1OAK for several months now and have no reservations in saying this one of the best experiences I’ve had as a tenant. The premises itself is kept super clean and looks brand new. It is a very well-presented building.The management is definitely worth calling out - In particular; the building manager’s assistance with the move in, any questions I’ve had, general tenant updates via email etc. Cameron does a fantastic job and is a big part of the 5 stars I have given.I would highly recommend 1OAK to anybody looking to move into Newstead. It’s a very handy location, nice and modern apartments and great management.

I lived at One Oak for almost 2 years and it was fantastic. The building has great amenities and is always clean/well maintained. It’s in a perfect location, a very short walk to gasworks and all of the cafe’s and gym’s in Newstead. The building manager Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was always helpful and very responsive whenever we needed to reach out.

We had the most wonderful experience with Alex Robinson today the building manager for Oak. She was so professional and lovely and really put us at ease. She showed us around the beautiful complex and helped us get through a very stressful time looking for a rental. Thank you Alex

I lived in 1oak for a year and will miss this place. Great location, very well kept/clean building. The building manager Alex was always a pleasure to deal with and very attentive to any issues or questions. Alex helped out so much and made moving in/ moving out so easy. Thanks for a great experience.

The team also communicated messages clearly and professionally.The building itself is excellent too - great public amenities and always well maintained.

I have now lived at One Oak on 2 separate occasions in 2 different apartments. One Oak is a fantastic apartment block, with great facilities (pool, gym etc.) and is in a perfect location with everything within Newstead and the Valley all within walking distance.The One Oak team and especially Alex have been marvellous to deal with. Alex is so friendly whilst also being very efficient, helpful, responsive and professional.I would have no hesitation in recommending One Oak to anyone looking to live in Newstead.

One Oak apartments is a fantastic place to live. The process of applying to rent the apartment, to getting accepted and moving in was really easy and quick. The building manager, Cameron has been extremely helpful and is always willing to lend a hand. He is very responsive to messages, phone calls and provides regular updates. After living in a few different places over the years, this has definitely been the best complex. The communal vegetable patch is also a wonderful touch!
