Lovely little shop which sells all sorts of Italian delicacies. We didn't eat a meal here, but we had some very refreshing gelato.

Food is good BUT!Service, how can you get it so wrong! The wait staff, bless them, have it seems no support or training. The manager is one of those people who can be both lovely or a total jerk.I recall one time my mother had to order no less than 4 items to finally hit upon one they still had available, each time the wait staff had to go out the back to ask.Another time I recall their way of indicating they had had enough of our custom and wished to go home was by turning off the music and turning down the lights in our area.

Went there in a group of eleven, pre-booked table, four days earlier, waited for 1.5 hours for any food to come out to anyone, I personally waited for thirty minutes for a drink, obviously understaffed, cannot blame the staff, we were happy previously to pay the public holiday surcharge, when the time came to pay the bill we asked for some consideration, we were told we would have to cop it, bad management, the food was ok but just ok

My friend and I stopped here after a wine tasting at Brown Brothers. I had a Carbonara, mainly because I thought it was really difficult to stuff up. It turns out you can; I ended up with an extremely bland pasta dish with pieces of fat (really more fat than bacon). At $32 also one of the most expensive Carbonara dishes I ever had. At that price point you would at least expect service outside but not even that was the case and when the waitress brought out the dishes she was unfriendly and unwelcoming. My friend was equally disappointed. Avoid!

Was already feeling a little nervous about coming to this restaurant after reading the review where the owner kicked out the families with disabled children.We had a reservation at 6 pm, and the restaurant called us at exactly 6 pm asking where we were, and that we were 10 minutes late, and that we should be there if we wanted to keep our reservation. We were across the road at the Brown Brothers car park, about a minute away. The caller was rude and abrupt, and we decided not to go on principal.Read the reviews carefully, this establishment had serious customer service issues.

What a fantastic night! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was exquisite. I couldn't think of a better place to have a family dinner. Congratulations perina and carmello on your team, we will definitely be visiting again soon!

Good food but service & hospitality needs improvement......We wanted to add a topping to our pizza and were told that's not possible. If I'm paying for it so I want the pizza I want - not what the chef says I should have.I asked if the heater could be turned on outside so we could sit out there but was told they only get turned on at night - wow. They must have really wanted to save on gas!

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a 5-star restaurant, but I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat. Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. Where do I start? My night was sullied by a morally bankrupt human. The owner is a pathetic excuse of a man who kicked two families with disabled kids out of the restaurant because one of the kids coughed. I, along with several others are absolutely appalled, outraged and disgusted by the owner’s demoralizing behaviour and consequently we will never visit this poorer than average restaurant. As we would prefer anything over the sight of this wretched, foul, pathetic moron who runs the place. I feel only empathy for the families kicked out who must be feeling demoralized and let down by this unforgivable action. We do however hope that the man who runs this excuse of an establishment perhaps learns a lesson or two in compassion and kindness. We will not stop at this review, it will be uploaded to every social media site that will act to lower the reputation of this restaurant and we will be sure to discourage our many friends in the local Milawa area from visiting this restaurant. Anyone who visits the restaurant in the future is simply encouraging more of this outrageous and appalling behaviour which has demoralized innocent children. The fact that the children were disabled does not provide any constellation as for the man’s actions and he should face the consequences of such a miserable decision.
