Kelly and the team at Podium are absolutely fantastic. I give them 5 STARS everytime. Kelly is extremely talented, attentive and approachable and her priority is to please her clients with amazing hairstyles and colours. I have been going to Kelly for about 10 years and would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Podium to everyone wanting a fantastic Hairdresser.

Podium added a $300 travel fee 4 days before my wedding to ‘travel’ 5 minutes down the road and because ‘apparently’ the staff member I originally spoke with, when I paid the deposit, didn’t put down that the hair would be on location. The $300 included 2 staff to be on location for 3 hours, but one ended up leaving an hour and a half on the day of the wedding to go to another client. Added so much stress and put the worst taste in my mouth towards this salon. Would never recommend.

Always loved getting my hair done at Podium. Friendly service, great colours and always felt fab leaving the salon. I looked forward to my appointment every month before moving interstate and can’t wait to go back when I’m in Townsville next!!

Kel and the ladies at podium have been doing my hair for over a decade! For the past few years I’ve had short blonde hair - and we all know it’s hard to find consistency and quality with those specs - and they always deliver!!!! Not only that - I’m one of those sensitive scalp types - so quality and care are especially crucial in prep, product etc.I always bounce out of podium feeling like a million bucks! See you again soon ladies!
