Great job! The service was super polite and efficient and they completed the work within the estimated time. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone needing smash repairs.

They said to keep the car for 4 days and took 4 weeks. Detail in the painting job was poor in finishing attention. It is clear seen the car was worked due difference of colour in the finish details. They are very polite but I'm not quite happy with the final result.

Very unprofessional. Does not car about their customer. Extending days, not fixing the car on time. My car is still with them. Told me that the car will be done in oct. Nov has gone and dec. Is almost finishing nothing has done until now.. they dont even pick up the calls. Very disgusting people in area. Please avoid them.

The quoting process was really quick, the service friendly and what was more important to me was that the repair was first class. I'm really fussy with my cars and I was impressed with their workmanship. 10/10Have used Mellington again, Hers not his this time. Once again, beautiful job done and friendly service. Had my car for 2 whole days to fix one small dent and replace the windscreen. When I went to collect it, found out they forgot to replace the windscreen!!!! Lucky I had someone drive me as they left my car down the bottom of a hill and I would have had to walk all the way down and back again to remind them they forgot to replace the windscreen! It would have been nice to be treated like a valued customer, but as this was going through insurance, I felt like they didn't care at all. If you're a lady, take a gentleman friend in with you. I felt very dismissed when they spoke to me but when my male friend spoke to them, he seemed to get acknowledged and respected. Poor service, no smiles. UPDATE: I forgot to mention, when they got around to replacing my windscreen, it was dirty. Couldn't they have at least given it a wipe down??

Very friendly and understanding and the work completed was amazing. They went the extra mile for us which is something we didn't receive at a major smash repairs company previously. Would definitely recommend, and in the case of another time that we need a repair (which I hope not), I will be requesting for Mellington to do the job.

We've had to bring our cars in on different occasions for both moderate and minor work, and have received exceptional service every time. Work is completed to a high standard, in a timely fashion and service is always friendly and professional. We have used Mellington’s several times in the past and have always been extremely happy.I took my vehicle in there recently and I am really disappointed from start to finish dealing with this company now. They are all very rude and don’t care about their customers.I will never go back or recommend them to anyone!!

I recently had my son's car repaired at Mellington Smash Repairs and everything about my experience was first class. An exceptional standard of workmanship combined with high quality customer service would have me recommending these guys to anyone in need of a job well done.

Not impressed with this company and will not recommend. No communication from the workshop guys of what was done and left standing around waiting on 2 occasions even though I told them when I was coming. Not happy with the end product that was done. The only nice thing to say is the office lady was great to deal with and was very helpful.
