I am completely satisfied with the service provided. I visited the Brunswick rooms, with no experience or expectations of audiology. I found the audiologist Orlando to be be cheerful, positive and professional. he took me through the regulatory/financial situation and the technical issues in a clear and patient manner. Orlando has been similarly generous with his time in subsequent consultations. The same friendly professionalism has been provided when I have contacted the office by phone. Shane
