Absolutely the best newsagent I have ever been to over the years: friendly and great service, the staff are incredible, the stock range is huge so if you are wanting a paper, playing your Lotto or simply picking out a card and gift for someone, here's your place.

Since this news agency took over the newspaper delivery in Ferny Grove we have had nothing but trouble on the weekends. They have had several issues with finding reliable staff to home delivery the Courier Mail and Sunday Mail on the weekends and when you try to lodge a complaint via phone they will not return your call. There management does not know anything about customer satisfaction"."

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have everything that you need for a news agency. All of the lotteries are available.
