Best massages I've ever had. Chris took exceptional care and time to understand my pain and problem but more importantly he fully addressed my issue by planning out the next sessions and showing me that I had an issue that wasn't just a quick fix. We discussed what the issue was and what needed to happen next to significantly see change and progress. Not only do I feel better, I am objectively healing faster by taking this approach. I am someone that finds it difficult to stop working, I find it difficult to look after myself and get treatment (by asking others for help). I feel like Chris is really on my team when it comes to looking after me. My favourite parts about treatment are the deep tissue, cupping and dry needling, and the exercises he taught me to stretch out - that works best for me. Thank you!
