Just Brows Settlement City

I was unsure on what to expect coming here. I had my car in for a service and decided to try your salon out. I was very impressed by the service, especially by one person managing everything and am extremely happy with my treatment. I will definitely be back!

Last 2years i was their customer…I had a booking with them and when I went there I was 5min late bcz of traffic… I told that lady that I can wait for 10-15 mins bcz I was late…but she refused to do and said u have to come 2hrs later… her behaviour like this is end of the world…why I wasn’t there on time that’s why she couldn’t do my job… now my question is “when we go their place on time they told us could you pls wait for 5-10min I just finish this customer I start ur one”..we wait or not ?? Of course we wait..we didn’t said that I come on time so you have to do my one 1st ..no we didn’t say that..we wait…you need to understand may be something happen that’s why customers late…for you guys wasting my time..it takes 40mins to drive..now don’t you think for your this behaviour your owner loosing customers??Note: Highly not recommended ..got to Aussie shop..support local business ..they should learn something from Australia..
