Bought a pair of earrings in March and one of them broke in October. Took them back yesterday 17/10/21 and they happily exchanged them, without any fuss. What first class service I got from the two mature ladies there. I'm glad I shopped there and would definitely go back and highly recommend them. Thank you Ladies.

I took my daughter to buy a necklace and earrings for her school ball yesterday and was served by a really lovely lady. She was extremely helpful and really took her time with us and did not rush. Great customer service.

Today I’m very disappointed in the stores website and opening hours!? Both said open and nothing. Really this should be amended. All the other Angus & Coote stores are open so not sure why Mirrabooka isn’t.

Be careful everyone. They try to tell you bigger size. Not sure if they want you to resize again and again.I went there to change my engagement ring size. I was told this size but it was bit bigger for me, I told I was fat at that time and wanted to go for one size smaller than what staff suggested but she said No
