Terrible after sales service. Will not return phone calls or emails . Extremely disappointing for what was a very expensive job. Now forced to look elsewhere for some one to come and repair it.

Very poor condition design of the key cover. All factory key covers holder spot had broken in one year. I asked the key dealer, they have many complains too. And the newest design key is cost 150 dollars each.

Very expensive remote controls, cost nearly $100 each. Would not be a problem if they didn't break every 6 months on the keyring.Also had 4D doors in Melbourne come out multiple times to fix the motors when they played up on my rental property, between the callout costs and the expensive remotes the motors have cost a lot ongoing. I guess that's what I get for buying a German brand.I think I will be going to a different brand after this.

The door themselves a good but the remotes are so fragile they break. Ours all broke within 6mths. Replaced with supposedly sturdier ones only to break within a few weeks; and the remotes are expensive! Very disappointed in the quality especially from a German brand.

Bloody expensive!Called their company to get a quote for a garage motor that needed to be changed. Lady on the phone quoted me $600 based on the type of garage door I have. ( She went through my record (existing garage door) and already knew which model to propose to me).The technician comes days later, and say that the model for $600 is a cheap version and wouldnt fit on my garage door. His price was.....$1200!!! Double! (Not to forget the extra $200 call out fee)I then told him the lady quoted me $600. Surprised, he reduced his price from $1200 to $1000 ( probably thinking he overcharged me way too much).The cost price of that motor is only $385. They put a huge mark up on their items.I would suggest looking for other companies to do your garage door work.

We installed a 4Door roller door I rang the head office I told them I was having an issue, they had arranged a service technician to have a look at itThey were on time,fixed it great service highly recommend this company

Great to deal with , service from start to Finnish was excellentEven though other work was happening with the garage they were able to work around the otherTrades to get the job done

Recently purchased an insulated 4D door, I never thought I would call a garage door beautiful but it is. Super quiet. The door is solid and adds an additional level of security to the garage. Amazing.
