The nurses and radiological staff are very friendly and attentive, they were very helpful when I was getting my X-ray as I was in much pain and they are so patient with your feelings and comfort. I am very happy with the service I received from them and I would recommend them to anyone who has to be X-rayed

I was scanned here when I had undiagnosed gastro issues. The GP asked for an x-ray and CAT scan. After reviewing these scans Baw Baw Radiology recommended I come back the same day for an ultrasound as well.I was diagnosed with cancer the next day and I'm now more than halfway through treatment, with a very good outcome projected largely due to the quick diagnosis.The staff are friendly, professional and very thorough and though they're bustling, appointments are readily available. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone nearby or who needs a scan done quickly.

Have had a few things done at Baw Baw Radiology in Drouin including a CT guided injection into my back and have to say the staff there are very professional and supportive. Could recommend anywhere else higher. Kudos to all staff, Cheers

I will drive an hour to get an xray/scan here because I can trust that what is being requested will be done properly. Booking appointments is easy and admin and medical staff are exceptional. I have had multiple xrays, ultrasounds, biopsies and MRIs all without any issues and my team of specialists across Melbourne reviewing the various imaging have always been pleased.

Attended the warrigal centre. Was clean and well presented. Staff were nice on arrival. Had an appointment avail next day.Cons-The musicIf that wasn’t bad enough the staff chatting away gossiping about other people was a bad look for a professional company.3 weeks after scan still have NOT received report for my scan dispite my gp calling FOUR TIMES..if you actually want a response and results for your scan go elsewhere.
