Beautiful village with lovely newly built homes. The clubhouse offers awesome facillilities including the indoor pool, which was a concern for when residents had young grandchildren visiting and not controlling them in the pool, also inhibiting access for the residents.Otherwise a great concept, love the low maintenance aspect too.

I would give a zero based on my experience as a young woman in my 20s who was merely exercising and walked through the village unaware its not allowed then had the manager (man in his 70s) drove down the street outside of the village pulled over, got out of his car then started to verbally abuse me. Completely unacceptable.
