I came into zambrero Erindale at roughly 12:45 on Sunday the 12th of December.The entire experience was very disappointing. The store looked like it had not been wiped all day. I ordered a vegetarian burrito and the same gloves were used after dealing with meat.On a meat burrito I was told guacamole cost extra but when it was added it was just slapped onto the burrito and more ended up on the plate then the burrito, after wrapping this burrito the guac was all squeezed because of the placement. Not to mention the tortilla split as well as the foil. The girl working said is this okay

On Saturday 17th October at about 3pm, my friend and I went to get Zambreros at Erindale. We walked into a filthy restaurant where food had been contaminated in the glass bainmarie, the floor was covered in food. And the restaurant as a whole was disgusting.The service we received was not much better, the young boy working gave us attitude and basically threw our food together - to the point that my tacos were broken and overflowing with sloppy food.Very disappointed in the restaurant and service, was made to feel very uncomfortable by the young man serving us - and left to go find somewhere else to eat our food.Will not be returning to this Zambreros again.

The service there is atrocious. I was there at 12:45pm on the 4th of March 23.I ordered my regular burrito, the girl who made it was a trainee, pleasant enough but didn't know what she was doing. She went to roll the burrito & it all fell apart & tore in several places. I asked if she could re-do it as I was in between work & wearing a suit & didn't want to wear my lunch.Another girl chimed in & took over & said don't re-do it but she then put another tortilla under the total mess the first one made. I said I didn't want that as it's still a mess. I then said sorry that's a mess, just cancel my order, I wasn't impolite, I just didn't want to pay for & eat that mess.I walked out & she quite loudly said that guys crazy. I walked back in & said sorry I'm not crazy I just want it made properly. She then got angry at me for retorting & I asked for her name so I can complain & she said she didn't know her name. I asked again & she said the same thing & ran to the back.I'm going into detail because I want the owner to contact me to discuss this as its plainly horrible behaviour. Also happy for any video to be reviewed to verify my part of the story. I couldn't have been more polite.I own a business myself & would be horrified to learn if any of my staff behaved like this to my clients. Please contact me directly or reply with an avenue to do so. Great decor. Good friendly service with staff who don’t provide stingy amounts of filling. Although I have encountered a poorly wrapped burrito a couple of times, they have always offered to wrap another one around it. I really appreciate that gesture.

Great staff, always helpful and friendly. Low rating because store customers have to wait an extra 20+min in an empty store while menulog orders are being made. No fault of the staff who are already overworked. Do better Zambrero management!

Normally i love getting bowls from here but the ones I had today were really disappointing. Less quantity on top of that the vegetables didn’t taste fresh at all. Highly disappointed.

Lilly was absolutely awesome all round, it's pretty well known that the erindale shop needs work (especially serving size and general attitude of staff) I swear zammies erindale owe me at least 10 free meals with the amount of extras iv had to buy just to get a standard serving" at times. Delicious food with friendly and approachable staff (visited Monday 16 July in the evening around 7pm, and I am guessing these two helpful lasses were students).I love their black rice and black tortilla combo, and it is well worth the extra few dollars.
