Have been with this shop since they were in Albert st. in 2007. Always been very satisfied with their service, repairs and exemplary customer service by Charlotte & Graham.I did try going to another shop close to my place in Ivanhoe (checked the good reviews first) lately because of urgency and knowing Spanners is always fully booked. I was so frustrated as my car was safer when i took it in than when i took it out after they did a poor job on my brakes.Now i will never try another shop again. Spanners is the best and you can trust they’ll look after your car very well. Better have your car booked in advance though as this shop is always busy.

We had our starter motor replaced at Spanners. They fitted us in straight away, they offer an excellent service & communication is great.They did a fantastic job & had it fixed very quickly so we wouldn’t be without our car too long.The price was also good.We highly recommend them & we will continue to go there in the future.

These guys will bend over backwards, literally, if they can. Big workshop and plenty of parking. Book well in advance is advised as they are very popular. Was lucky to get a cancellation 4 days before Easter 2023, otherwise very next appointment was 2nd May 2023 which I took for my other car. Give them a try.

I’ve dealt with them a few times over the years. Always great customer service. They are mechanics I feel are always looking out for my best interest. It’s hard to find a good mechanic these days, would recommend Spanners!
