Highly, highly recommend. Even when really busy, they are always so friendly and helpful. Punctured tyre just before going away on the long weekend, so they fitted me into an already busy day and repaired the tyre. I was prepared for a couple of hours wait but they did it in an hour. No idea how because the phone was ringing off the hook and more customers kept coming in!!! Have been going there for many years and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful and kind and they never talk down to me like so many car-related places do.

Very, very shady practise. To any sort of damage they would tell you it's unfixable and you need to buy some $4-500 tyres. None of the staff act honestly and were lying together not even well-trained.Interestingly, almost all of the 5 star raters only provided 5 star ratings to different places, there is a high chance for them being robots or paid-to-rate.Anyone wants to visit this place really needs to have a glance at the lower end ratings, and from my personal experience, those are the reality with this shop.

Worth giving a good review to good people . Our car service showed a punctured tyre which the car service provider quoted for but didn't have time that day to fix and said we could probably find cheaper elsewhere.I've been happy with Bob Jane Melbourne before so took the car in and explained the situation. Friendly, helpful and didn't charge for the repair.I've also purchased new tyres here in the past on my old car and was really happy with the service.

I had a punctured tyre on a Saturday afternoon and came to Bob Jane T-Mart near my place (one of the few places that opened past midday on Saturday). Mike was really helpful and a nice guy. He booked my car in straight away to have it checked, and then I got my tyre repaired free of charge that afternoon! Saved me a lot of headache, amazing service and really grateful! Will definitely come back when I need my tyres changed soon!
