Happy to be back travelling and using Travel Insure. A yearly multi-trip is our go to cover and this company are spot on. Quick, easy and efficient.

A very easy experience to secure insurance with extremely helpful staff - Soraya and Campbell. Also very cost competitive. Will definitely recommend to my friends

Helping my wife research for a return-only insurance (i.e. one way trip) and had a few questions. Probably could have found the answers on their website but I like the ability to chat with a real person, not a chat-bot. Campbell, my TIS agent, was very helpful, knowledgeable and provided the answers we sought with a minimum of fuss. It sounded as though he was on-shore (in Australia) and not from a huge off-shore call centre. Wait time less than a minute. Customer service top-rated, well done. Probably paid a little more but the value for money is still there we think, taking Covid, the World turmoil, etc into account. I would not hesitate to use TIS again.

Have just taken out an annual policy. Covers so much. I love to cruise and it sounds perfect for me. Will do another review in the event I make a claim. Hopefully it will be positive.

Recently had to make a claim. Could not be happier with the service we received. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Great customer service.

My research found that Travel Insurance Saver provide the best value for money Multi Trip annual travel insurance that also includes Covid 19 cover. Thoroughly recommend you check them out. Very easy to book online.

Very easy website. I was very happy with the cost and the service. Not to mention the policy included a Mediterranean cruise and 3 months in italy .

Despite these guys being helpful and understanding on the phone I can only review them on the product they are on-selling,which is a policy from Nib travel insurance. If you search Nib travel insurance on product review you are sure to find all the answers you need to know about them ( and why they only have a 1 star rating ) with many saying if they could give them zero stars they would. I currently have a very black and white irrefutable claim with them and have provided all the necessary documentation, yet here I am going on almost 3 months now over a small $2500 claim. I’ve just spent an hour on hold to speak to someone then told I will need to go on hold again to speak to their supervisor ( another 30 minutes) only to be told my complaint has been escalated and they will get back to me, which is the same thing I was told weeks ago, yet still haven’t heard a thing. If you want a travel insurance company that actually do what they claim to do, instead of one that escalates simple customer claims into drawn out complaints then please avoid the headache and stay well clear of Nib & travel insurance saver. As a comparison I had a bad snowboard accident in Japan and within 5 days 1cover insurance had paid all my hospital bills,medical expenses,knee brace accomodation and airfare with extra legroom back to Australia, yet these guys are still trying to weasel themselves out paying a very straightforward cancelled flight claim. What a joke!
