I had to take my Renault Fluence only to a specialist after disappointed with my local mechanic's inability to fix a serious problem of gas peddle getting locked at high speed and engine stop sign appearing immediately. It was a dangerous condition. Brisbane Euro Specialist diagnosed the problem correctly ordered the part from France and fixed it. My car does not have that problem anymore. If you care for your safety do not compromise on your car service. It is worth it. BES are very professional, neat & tidy workshop and well equipped & trained staff.

Great service. Easier to book into than a dealership, have courtesy car to borrow for the duration of the service. Much cheaper and quicker than dealerships as well.Some say you get what you pay for. However, I’ve never experienced any improved quality of service or outcomes for paying an extra $300-400. Would recommend for general logbook service.

Renault trafic van.Had check injection system light on dash. Dropped of these guys they diagnosed a faulty turbocharger.Awesome to deal with and great price.

Quite disappointed with their service. As an average car user we got a brake pad notification on the car. We naturally called euro specialists to book it in. Only after we went through the trouble of leaving the car at home and swapping the car for another one we dropped it off at their service centre. They removed parts of the brake and then called and said the rotor also needs to be swapped and they don't have the parts yet and it has to be ordered. The worse thing is they charged us $120 for these works. How can they charge additional amount when they hadn't even checked if the rotor needs replacing as well. Moreover how did they not even mention to us on the phone that the rotor MAY require to be changed as well and it is extra. Without any of these disclosures they gave us the appointment and charged us as wellPlease think twice before using their service

Being a female and not having much knowledge on cars, they really helped me understand thr problem! Super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
